Geebung beginner string workshop 2021

Caters forBeginner Instrumental Music students on violin, viola, cello and double bass from Geebung State School, Bald Hills State School, Everton Park State School, Norris Road State School, Sandgate State School and Shorncliffe State School (strings only)
Event type1-day non-residential workshop for primary students intended to give them an intensive start to learning their instrument
EntryOpen to all primary students at the participating schools who are starting a string instrument through their school Instrumental Music Program

Northside junior string camp 2021

Event type2 x 2-day non-residential workshop culminating in a concert
EntryVia online nomination by Instrumental Music teachers

Wednesday 2 June and Thursday 3 June—Windsor State School

Venues Your child will be told which venue they need to attend
ActivitiesSmall group tutorials, large ensemble rehearsals, massed choir and physical education
ConcertConcert will be on the final day of each workshop and is free entry.

Northside beginner band Blitz 2021

Caters forInstrumental Music students in their first year of playing a brass, woodwind or percussion instrument (including bass guitar). Year 4 as per the school program.

Northside honours music workshop 2021

InformationDetails
Caters forAdvanced primary instrumental music students who study a woodwind, brass, percussion or string instrument in their school Instrumental Music Program
Event type3-day non-residential workshop culminating in a concert. Students are placed in 2 main ensembles and guest conductors and Instrumental Music teachers work with the students over 3 days before presenting a showcase concert on the final day.
EntryVia online nomination and selection via DVD audition by a panel of Instrumental Music teachers
