Ipswich beginner string workshop 2021

Information	Details
Caters for	Primary Instrumental Music students studying a string instrument through their school Instrumental Music Program who are at the foundation (beginner) level of playing. Students will participate in large ensemble rehearsals, small group tutorials and choir
Event type	1-day non-residential workshop
Cost to students	Cost will be advised on the workshop letter
Entry	Via online nomination by Instrumental Music teachers. Open to all eligible students from participating schools
Date	Tuesday 23 March 2021
Venue	Mt Crosby State School
Concert	Students will present a short concert at the School hall from 2.00 to 2.30pm. Entry is free, all are welcome

Ipswich senior string workshop 2021

Information	Details
Caters for	Primary Instrumental Music students studying a string instrument through their school Instrumental Music Program who are at an intermediate to advanced level of playing. Students will participate in large ensemble rehearsals, small group tutorials and choir

Caters for	Primary Instrumental Music students studying a brass, woodwind or percussion instrument through their school Instrumental Music program who are at an advanced level of playing (level 3+)
Event type	Online workshop and recording
Cost to students	$10.00 for workshop shirt and online workshop
Entry	Via online nomination and selection by Instrumental Music teachers. Open to all eligible students from participating schools.

Rural cluster Bandtastic workshop 2021

Information	Details
Caters for	Year 5–6 Primary students in their second or third year playing a woodwind, brass or percussion instrument this year will attend the beginner workshop (level 2+)
Events type	2-day cluster non-residential workshops for primary students
Entry	Via online registration by the Instrumental Music teacher to students from the cluster schools as outlined above
Activities	Large ensemble rehearsals, small group tutorials, massed choir. The Workshop will conclude with a concert for parents and community members. Time to be advised
